Thanking his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the gift of music, Jong wrote a Tagalog song entitled Hesus Sa Buhay Ko, sometime in 1981 and was finally recorded in a studio owned by Marvin Miano in Olongapo City in 2011.

Hesus, Ika’y laging kapiling ko, Nakikinig, karamay ko sa lahat ng panahon, Salamat sa pagmamahal at pagpapalaya Mo, Naghari Ka bilang kaibigan ko.
was added to the song on June 29, 2011, before it was recorded with Ren Roldan playing the drums and Momon Asuelo on lead guitar.
